Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items must be in re-sellable condition.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
Items not purchased directly from Broadbandconnect.shop (including gifts from another purchaser).
